Submission Policies

General Information

The Law Review welcomes unsolicited manuscripts on topics of interest to the legal profession. The Law Review acknowledges that unsolicited manuscripts may be submitted to other journals. All pieces will be evaluated as expeditiously as possible, but the Law Review assumes no responsibility for the return of unsolicited manuscripts.

Submission Guidelines

Submissions are preferred through the ExpressO submission service, available at http://law.bepress.com/expresso.

Manuscripts may be submitted directly by electronic mail as well, addressed to the Senior Article Selection Editor, Jordane Learn, at jel08d@my.fsu.edu. Submissions should be clearly marked as such by reference in the subject line of the message.

Manuscripts may also be submitted by mail, though an electronic copy is preferred, using the following address:
